Wind Turbine at Green Angel Gardens

A Whisper 200 went up in 2009! It is the only turbine on the peninsula that sits on an approved 30 foot tower. It currently charges batteries and will soon light lights, run water, etc. We are in a class 4 wind zone so turbines are the best investment for alternative power.

Hello to a new year and new decade!
Sustainable living is now the buzz phrase, we’ve been plodding along here for 5 years moving toward sustainability. Woofers from all over the Earth have helped out and learned much in the process and had lots of fun. Here are some of the volunteers!
